Bee Blossom Botanicals
Deborah Gideon lives in Raymond, where she and her husband maintain an organic garden and orchard. Her initial interest in herbs was sparked by her Old World grandmother whose use of herbs was an integral part of everyday life. She has been studying herbs for several years with various teachers and is a graduate of Rosemary Gladstar’s Sage Mountain Herb School’s Advanced Training in Vermont. Rosemary is the author of many books on herbalism and has been considered “a visionary in the field of folk herbalism for more than three decades.” Deborah’s studies in herbal medicine have also included many tutorials and conferences with other internationally known herbalists. She has also studied Flower Essence therapy and includes this approach in her work. In her clinical practice, she has successfully treated people with a variety of problems including arthritis, allergies, depression, headaches, heart conditions, infections, insomnia, skin conditions, PMS, and other issues affecting both women and men. Her primary focus, however, is helping people learn how to integrate plants into their everyday lives to enhance vitality and health. She offers herbal and flower essence consultations and remedies by appointment.
